1. Services

We provide wedding and event content creation: candid, social-first photo and video captured on mobile devices, raw media delivery, and edited vertical reels. The specific coverage hours, number of edited reels, and add-ons depend on the package you select.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Late Payment

4. Your Responsibilities

5. Deliverables & Timelines

We aim to deliver same-day gallery access on the night of your event, with all raw photo and video shared shortly after. Edited reels are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery is provided digitally (for example, via Dropbox). Timelines are good-faith estimates and may shift for events that run long or in circumstances beyond our control.

6. Creative License & Content Usage

We retain copyright and ownership of all content we capture and edit. Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to view, download, share, and print your content. Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may use content from your event in our portfolio, on social media, and in marketing.

7. Image & Likeness Release

By booking, you grant permission for us to photograph and film you and your guests and, subject to Section 6, to use that content to promote our work. If you need restrictions on the use of your content, tell us before your event and we will honor reasonable requests in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

We bring professional care and best efforts to every event. We are not liable for moments missed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including guest or vendor interference, venue restrictions, weather, illness, or equipment failure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the total fees you paid for those services.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party is responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, government action, or venue closure. In such cases we will work with you in good faith to reschedule.

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your or your guests' conduct at your event.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect on your booking date applies to your event.
